Return Policy

REFUNDS

EU Returns

Free returns are offered in the EU valid for14 days from the day you have received your TRASH. If more than 14 days have gone by since you received your TRASH, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused in its original excellent condition including original packaging without damage, complete, and with the relevant documents attached. It must be posted to us within 14 days from proof of delivery.

To complete your return, please fill in the Return Form, which you will find in the package or you can download it here! Also, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the return form.

Non refundable items:

  • Any item not in its original condition,  damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to any error of ours.
  • Any items that are returned later than 14 days after receipt of purchase date.


Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow 15 working days for refunded payments to appear in your account. We will refund the full amount of the product, not the cost of the courier/shipping.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

You will receive an e mail once the refund has been effected. In case you have not received your refund please contact support@trashed.berlin

Refund of sales items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We use our best effort to exchange your TRASH if it is defective or damaged. However, we may be out of size or stock for this item in which case we will refund you as per the above policy.

Shipping


To return your product, you should mail your product to TRASH, 72 Gerichtstasse 13347 Berlin, Germany

Returns from E.U member countries are free of charge, for the first time, only through the company DHL, with which we work (In case of shipment with any company other than the cooperating DHL, you will have to pay yourself for the cost of return of your TRASH).

In case of change or replacement for second or more times, you will be charged the return cost each time (to us) and shipping costs (from us to you).

All orders not returned through DHL can be returned using any trackable postal service and you’ll need to cover the postage costs yourself. We advise you to issue postal insurance. To avoid tax and duty charges for returns please provide your courier with the order number, outbound tracking number, and airway bill and note this on the parcel to demonstrate it’s a return purchase to us. In case taxes are due on receipt, we will deduct these taxes from your refund.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you do not use the DHL service.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for products to reach you may vary.

International non EU returns
